We provide mobile golf cart repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services exclusively within The Villages, Florida and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Battery testing, replacement, and lithium conversions
• Motor and controller repair
• Charger repair and replacement
• Tire, alignment, and suspension service
• Annual tune-ups and 20-point inspections
• Emergency breakdown service

Service Appointments

All service appointments are subject to availability. We strive to provide same-day service when possible, but scheduling depends on technician availability, weather conditions, and parts inventory. We will confirm your appointment time and provide an estimated arrival window.

Pricing and Payment

We provide written estimates before beginning any repair work. You must approve the estimate before we proceed. Pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during the repair, and we will obtain your approval before performing any additional work.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Warranty

We offer the following warranties on our services:

• Labor: 90-day warranty on all repair labor from the date of service.
• Parts: 1-year manufacturer warranty on most parts, subject to the original equipment manufacturer's terms.

Warranty coverage is void if the repaired component is altered, misused, or damaged by conditions unrelated to the original repair. Warranty service requires the original receipt or service record.

Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic fees are waived when you proceed with the recommended repair. If you choose not to proceed, a standard diagnostic fee applies. This fee will be communicated to you before the technician begins the inspection.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to provide accurate estimates and quality repairs, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair performed
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance after our service
• Consequential damages arising from cart downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
