What would cause a golf cart battery to not charge?

A golf cart battery typically fails to charge due to a faulty charger (such as a blown fuse or tripped breaker), corroded or loose cable connections, or low water levels in lead-acid batteries. Additionally, a single dead battery can drop the entire bank’s voltage too low for the charger to activate, while a malfunctioning On-Board Computer (OBC) or severe sulfation from prolonged discharge can also completely block the charging process.
